What if I'm not happy with the result?
You review a preview of your site and approve it before anything goes public, so nothing launches until it reflects your business. After go-live, we include one round of revisions.
What's the difference between Standard and Express?
Both include the same deliverables. Express delivers in 5 business days instead of 2 weeks, but it needs a commitment from you: replies within 24 hours at each milestone and up to 2 rounds of revisions. We agree on this during our first call so we're both aligned on the pace.
Is this a subscription or a one-time fee?
The setup fee is one-time. From year 2, there's an annual fee of RM598 (US$148) that covers your email hosting, domain renewal and website hosting.
What happens after the setup is complete?
You get full ownership of everything: your domain, your email account and your website. We handle the ongoing technical maintenance, so you never have to think about hosting, security or renewals.
Can I use my existing domain?
Yes. If you already have a domain, we'll set it up to work with your new email and website, and adjust the price accordingly.
What if I don't have a logo yet?
We can start with a text-based logo. Send us a proper logo later and we'll update the site, at no extra charge.
Can I update the website myself?
This package is designed so you don't have to manage the tech. For small text changes, just email us and we'll handle it within a day or two. If you'll be updating content regularly, the Tiny Site Plan lets you do it yourself.
What if I need more pages later?
You can upgrade to the Tiny Site Plan anytime. We'll carry over your domain and email, so nothing is lost.
Do I own the domain and email account?
Yes. Everything is registered in your name. If you ever want to move to a different provider, you take it all with you.
What's not included?
Logo design, copywriting, photography and ongoing content updates. We work with what you provide. If you need help with any of these, we can recommend partners or discuss adding it to your package.
